The writer of Making Pink Lemonade, Carolyn Lim, was given a speech during my company in-service. She told us, she has suffered depression after struck by lightning. She has gone through a lot of hardship during on her road of recovery. She has been think why lightning strike never took her life? Fortunately, her husband and her parents have standby her all these years.

Days after days, she has finally gained back her confident. All because her strong determination. She had to start learning how to speak, how to write and how to walk all over again. She is so eager to make a different with her life. Her dream is to go back to school to teach again in future.

New Colleague? Old Colleague?

Today in office, I was so surprise that one of my colleague has re-empoly after he tendered his resignation letter 5 months ago. He has been work with me for 10 years. He was back to his previous section and taking back his unfinished tasks.

As for this, I do have some question for myself. Does this mean the market is bad? Or did he doesn't get use to the 'outside world' competition after stay in his comfort zone for 10 years? Did he miss us, that make him come back?

Whatever the answer is, I always welcome him back.
